Today I am blogging on exercise to keep healthy and happy over at the Wet Noodle Posse!

Jumping and running and kayaking and spending time with the family! Nothing better than lazing around on a Sunday…

Another fun video This one is about life by Alan Watts. I thought it was cute and thought I would share.
My youngest daughter is a sophomore and she is in media. Here is one of the videos she has done with her Team.
In-laws are notorious for not being a lot of fun. But I’m here to say that my in-laws are wonderful! They treat all of my kids like royalty…and they love all of my children equally and we love them back!
This morning I went to their house to help G-pa with his computer. He’s technically challenged but that’s okay because he always has a smile on his face. He’s one of the happiest people I know.
This blog is dedicated to G-pa and G-ma Ragan. Two terrific people who love, laugh, and live life to its fullest!

My sixteen-year-old daughter will be going for her license next Tuesday! I know a lot of mothers and fathers who panic when their kids first begin to drive. Not me! It’s a time to celebrate. It’s a right of passage. My duty as a parent is to teach my kids to be nice people. To treat others as they would want to be treated. To make a difference. And to drive well… Way back when, I taught most of my friends to drive. I could tell you some driving stories that would make you cringe, so I won’t. It was a different time and place back when I was a teenager. Anyhow, I always get my kids behind the wheel a little earlier than allowed. We go to parking lots and practice. A lot! By the time my kids go for their license they can merge, drive in the rain and the dark, and park in a tight spot! And then in celebration of their success after they get their license, I send them off to run all of my errands! Oh, Happy Days!
Update: Brittany passed the test! Woohoo!
