In March of 2008 I received two calls from RWA Board Members telling me that two of my books, FINDING KATE HUNTLEY and BETTER LATE THAN NEVER finaled in the 2008 Golden Heart Contest. To see the full list of finalists go HERE! This is my sixth final in five years. Now if I could just make a sale, that will be the icing on the cake. The first time I entered RWA’s prestigious Golden Heart Contest for unpublished writers was in 1999. I entered every year and didn’t final until 2003. So far, this writing business has been like climbing Mount Everest. I will not stop climbing until I reach the top.
